Include the files of the Alcoholic Beverage Commission that were part of the investigations during the Blanton administration that included the FBI investigation known as "TENNPAR" and an investigation by the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Justice related to the selling of liquor licenses. These records possessed no original order when processed and one was imposed during processing, however folder contents were left in original order. No documents were discarded and some duplication of documents probably exists.
